Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were a bit dated and dark, needing an update, but they were clean with a nice garden view from the balcony. The service was friendly and welcoming, although there was a slight musky smell at times. The location was great for exploring Cascais on foot, but the hotel seemed understaffed in some areas. The dining options were varied but some of the food quality left something to be desired. The facilities were decent, offering some useful amenities.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were nice and big, although a bit outdated, and had balconies, making them spacious and equipped with a kitchenette. The service was incredibly polite and co-operative, even helping me find alternative accommodation for my 8-night stay. The location was perfect, near the train station and close to the beach walkway. The dining experience was okay, and the facilities were great with sunbeds, jacuzzi, and refreshments available until 6 pm.
The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the train station and offers a pleasant ride into Lisbon. The dining experience, while with some queue issues, provides a wide buffet selection. The rooms, though needing some heating improvements, offer all necessary amenities. The location is perfect for independent dining and seaside walks, albeit somewhat away from the bustling Cascais.
The hotel is situated just being on a different curve of the road and right above the curve, with a balcony overlooking the coast. The rooms had a kettle but no coffee or tea, and there was no ironing equipment; you have to ask reception for it. The Wi-Fi only worked by the entrance door to the room. The bar staff to the pool area were not experienced.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean, but they definitely need some updating. The service was really nice overall, especially with the lovely little village surrounding the hotel, but there were some issues like extra charges for simple things like towels. The location is great, close to the train station and beach front, but the steep hill with steps made it difficult to move luggage. The dining experience was just okay, lacking local food options, and the facilities were quite elementary.
